Operations Manager
As a real estate investor himself, Josh knows exactly what he would want from a property management company and strives to provide that same high standard of service to all investors. He oversees all tenants ensuring properties are well cared for, and is committed to listening closely to clients and making their financial goals his top priority.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid sports fan.

Bookkeeper
Katie oversees all accounting and financial operations. She manages owner distributions, vendor payments, tenant ledgers, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency across every property.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two kids, playing tennis, and cooking.
